These terms govern your use of HalfPrice AU at https://mail.halfpriceau.com/. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. What this site is

HalfPrice AU is an information service. It collects publicly published half price grocery specials from Coles and Woolworths and presents them in one place. We are an independent publisher: we do not sell groceries, we do not process orders or payments, and we are not an agent for either retailer.

2. Pricing information is indicative

Prices, product descriptions, images and availability shown here are drawn from information the retailers publish, and they can change at any time without notice to us. Prices may also vary by state, by store, and between online and in-store ranges.

Always confirm the current price on the retailer's own website or in store before you buy. The price shown here is not an offer, and we cannot honour it. If a price here differs from the retailer's, the retailer's price is the correct one.

3. No relationship with Coles or Woolworths

"Coles" is a trade mark of Coles Group Limited and "Woolworths" is a trade mark of Woolworths Group Limited. Both are used on this site descriptively, to identify which supermarket a special belongs to. Neither company operates, sponsors, endorses or reviews this site, and nothing here should be read as a statement by either of them.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse the site freely for personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

5. Intellectual property

The written guides, page copy, category descriptions, layout, design and code of this site are our work and are protected by copyright. Product names, brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners; they appear here to identify the products described, and their inclusion does not imply any endorsement or claim of ownership by us.

If you own rights in material shown on this site and you believe it appears here in a way you do not permit, email contact@halfpriceau.com and we will remove it promptly.

6. Third-party links

The site links to external websites, principally the retailers' own product pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their terms and privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.

7. Advertising

The site carries third-party advertising. Advertisements are selected and served by external ad networks; we do not choose individual advertisements and their appearance here is not an endorsement of the advertiser, its products or its claims. We aim to keep the site available and up to date, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or current, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
